Your website takes messages while you're out.
KaziDesk answers your visitors' questions from your own website, day and night, and sends you their name, number and what they need the moment they ask.
Free. Takes about a minute. No card, nothing to install.
No website to hand? . It was built the same way yours would be, from this website, so you can ask it anything.
Set up in an afternoon. Working by tonight.
Paste your website
KaziDesk reads your pages: services, hours, service area, the prices and policies you publish, your FAQs.
Ask it what customers ask
Try it on your demo page. Add notes for anything your site doesn't say, like "we don't take Medicaid" or "free estimates in Travis County".
Add one line to your site
Works with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Webflow, GoDaddy and hand-built sites. Or we install it for you.
A Tuesday night, handled.
Most people browse for a dentist, a plumber or a lawyer after work, when your phones are off. A visitor who gets an answer leaves their number. One who doesn't, calls the next business on Google.

What it won't do
An assistant that talks to your customers has to be trustworthy first and clever second.
- Make up prices or promises. If an answer isn't on your site or in your notes, it says so and offers a callback.
- Pretend to be a person. Asked whether it's human, it says it's an AI assistant.
- Fumble an emergency. Anyone describing danger is told to call 911 before anything else.
- Collect sensitive data. It never asks for card numbers, Social Security numbers or health records.
- Book what you haven't approved. It shares your booking link or passes the request to you.
- Wander off topic. Homework, essays and questions about other companies get a polite no.

Less than one missed job a month. Cancel any time. If you ever go over your plan, the assistant switches to a simple contact form, so a lead is never lost.

Questions owners ask
Where do its answers come from?
From your website pages and the notes you add in your dashboard, nothing else. It does not search the internet or guess. Your notes take priority over your website, so you can correct anything.
What happens when it doesn't know something?
It tells the visitor it doesn't have that detail and offers to take their name and number so your team can follow up. You get that request by email straight away.
Will it work on my website?
If you can add a line of code to your site, yes: WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Webflow, GoDaddy, Duda and custom sites. Your dashboard has step-by-step guides, and setup help is available.
How do I get my leads?
By email the moment a visitor leaves their details, with the conversation attached. Every lead and conversation is also kept in your dashboard.
We're a medical or legal practice. Is it suitable?
It answers general questions about your practice (services, hours, insurance you list, how to book) and takes contact requests. It does not give medical or legal advice and never asks for health records. KaziDesk does not sign HIPAA business associate agreements, so if you need one, it isn't the right fit yet.
What about my visitors' privacy?
Visitors are told they're chatting with an AI. Conversations are used only to run your assistant, kept for 180 days, and never sold. See the privacy policy.
What languages does it speak?
It replies in the visitor's language, including Spanish and French, using the information on your site.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from your billing email or by replying to any KaziDesk email. The assistant stops at the end of the period you've paid for.
Who's behind KaziDesk
KaziDesk is built and run by a small, independent software team. Kazi means "work" in Swahili, and the idea is simple: a front desk that keeps working after you've gone home.
A person reads and answers every message we receive.
See it answer as your business.
Paste your website and talk to your own assistant in about a minute.
